The Company is backed by RR Global and Epack Durable Private Limited, having 3+ decades of experience in electricals and appliances products like wires & Cables, Enamelled wires, Copper bus bars, Air conditioners, Mixer grinders with wide technical know-how in customized development and manufacturing.

Our History
Epavo Electricals Private Limited was incorporated on August 26, 2020, as a private company limited by shares, with its registered office at Ram Ratna House, Victoria Mills Compound, Pandurang Budhkar Marg, Worli, Mumbai– 400 013. The Company founded through a strategic Joint Venture Agreement(“JVA”) between Ram Ratna Wires Limited (“RRWL”) and Ennov Techno Tools Private Limited (“Ennov”) on August 25,2020, with the initial shareholding structure of 74:26.

On July 16, 2022, Ennov transferred its entire shareholdingto EPACK Durable Limited (“EPACK”),a new joint venture partner, pursuantto a Deed of Adherence. This marked asignificant transition,bringing EPACKonboardas akey stake holder.
With its foundation rooted in a strong partnership, Epavo is well-positioned to continue advancing in the electrical solutions sector, offering innovative and high quality products and services.
